I have to admit that I was
not too focused on walking and exercising in April as I was away in Kerala for
close to 20days and so on and I had made up my mind to get back to proper
dedicated approach for May, which again ended up as April but better,
Target:
May month has 31days and I had a good target in place but then I ended up not achieving
the target.
Target: STEPS
7,500 steps - Monday to
Saturday (26days)
5,000 steps – Sunday (5days)
Target – HEART points
25 points – Monday to
Saturday (26days)
10 points – Sunday (5days)
Now, please do not get
carried away, What I ended up achieving was too low and almost negligible. I achieved
only 36% steps and 14% heart points of the target due to lockdown here in Coimbatore
and the gated community where we stay had restrictions in place on walkers.
I hope June 2021 will be better.
