With May ending up very
disappointing, I had made up my mind to set this right and to try and achieve
the daily targets.
So, let us see about June’s
targets:
Daily Target: STEPS
7,500 steps - Monday to
Saturday (26days)
5,000 steps – Sunday
(4days)
Daily Target – HEART points
40 points – Monday to
Saturday (26days)
25 points – Sunday (4days)
So, then how did the month
progress?
I am not too very happy with
the achievement, but I did way better than May-2021.
What I ended up achieving
was in deficit as below:
So now, to feel positive, I had achieved
the target for 9days only but the other days, I was there somewhere closer to
daily targets. Walking was allowed within the gated community and so I did as much
as possible. My left knee is not in good shape and hurts quite a bit which did
not permit me to walk properly but I did walk daily though.

What new have I done in June: I have started to perform these and I can say it is quite beneficial too, I would recommend this to all...
Most importantly, I gained considerable weight in May and June combined and I am at 104.23kgs.
So, this is where I am at. Gym is still closed and Lockdown in Coimbatore city is extended till 4am on 5th July'21 and if there is no further extension of lockdown, then the gym would reopen.
I intend to get back to the gym when possible.
by the end of July'21, I would have for sure lost min 2kgs. This is my target...
