February2021 had 28days and I had increased the target of steps to be achieved but then I ended up not achieving the target.
Target: 1st - 19th Feb'21 - 6,000 steps perday
. 20th - 28th Feb'21 - 7,500 steps per day
Target for the month: 1,81,500 steps
Achieved: 1,63,143 steps
Shortfall: 18,357 steps
Looking at how I was going about my walking routine, I then decided that I will also get into some gym activity to achieve my desire to get fit under proper guidance.
